My favorite sports include: running yoga hiking
My goals are: I have lost 120 lbs from my high weight of 290 and I want to lose approximately another 30 lbs. I am not too hung up on the actual weight I will be in pounds, I want to be 17% body fat and able to sustain 8-1/2 minute miles for 1 hour.
